Megel Chevrolet has been around a long time.. They’ve done a lot of things right over the years and have earned their reputation.

They were already a powerhouse store, but they weren’t satisfied. They wanted more consistency, better insight, and less dependency on gut feel.

Their follow-up process needed tightening. Their lead sources felt noisy. And while they weren’t short on traffic, they weren’t sure if they had the right traffic.

In 2025, Megel Chevrolet has set out to be the #1 volume store in Georgia. Missing this title by less than 50 units in 2024, Megel Chevrolet doubled down.

After months of studying the store’s data, Megel made a pivot to move away from a key 3rd party vendor and reallocate those funds into higher-performing platforms.
