SEO Director

The Search Director’s primary role is to manage service-oriented expertise and guidance for SEO and SEM. You have the overall goal of increasing the visibility of clients by increasing their rankings in target cities as well as relaying those results and the value of the results to Client Success Managers in the form of reports.

Qualifications and Responsibilities of a Search Manager:

  • Overseeing and executing Search Department’s services which includes the ff:
    • SEO, GMB Management + Optimization,
    • SEM – Text Ads, Display Ads, Video/Pre Roll Ads, GMB Ads
  • Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
  • Clear Understanding of SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics, Local Viking, Google Adwords
  • Practical Understanding of  keyword research and data mining tools
  • Able to complete competitive Audits and Search review
  • Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a consistent basis
  • Practical Understanding of WordPress and SEO Plugins
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
  • High verbal and written communication skills. Excellent writing and editing skills in English
  • Desire to learn, grow and have an excellent, team attitude>

Virtual Client Success Manager

Client Success Manager (Agency and Automotive Industry Experience)

Fountain Forward Client Success Managers serve as a liaison between the client and the entire Fountain Forward team. You serve as a representative of Fountain Forward values, culture, and expert on marketing services. You are also an advocate for the client, guiding their decision for cost-efficient outcomes. The CSM’s primary role is to preserve and expand our client’s services. This is achieved by managing client needs, implementing the client’s marketing strategies, and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention. 

 

Qualifications for Client Success Manager:
  • Experience in automotive industry is required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing and client management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong knowledge in digital marketing and strategy.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate.
